One word sums up the Zappos experience: WOW! During the winter of 2014, Zappos met with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada to develop a way to deliver WOW to an entirely new audience; the students of Hollingsworth Elementary School. Thanks to Zappos’ donation of $30,000, the program grew from serving six students to almost 30 students in one year.
