Donation Pickup Driver

Under minimal supervision, a Donation Pickup Driver is responsible for fulfilling scheduled pickups of BBBS donors over a dynamic coverage area. Responsibilities include: driving, route sequencing, loading and unloading of donations, return service and providing feedback from the field of customer service and delivery expectations.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
The required
knowledge, skills and abilities are those typically acquired through the
completion of a high school diploma or GED. Relevant Work Experience not
required.
Valid NV Drivers
License; Clean DMV printout The majority of time is spent sitting or standing in the same location. There may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift materials up to 60 lbs.

Job Title: Telephone Service Representative
Location: Las Vegas Office Salary: $8.50/hour, Part-time
General Position Summary
Telephone Service Representatives contact residents of the metropolitan Las Vegas area requesting donations of reusable clothes and household items.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities · Achieve average of 6 donation promises per hour · Maintain a minimum pickup rate of 65% · Verify and record appropriate information needed for scheduling the pickup · Performs outstanding Customer Service on each call · Listens to and resolves customer service challenges and opportunities · Builds relationships with customers by providing exceptional service · Carry out assigned customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner · Customer Focused - Treats all internal/external contacts as customers and strives to meet their expectations by providing responsive, adaptive and exceptional value added service · Uses appropriate verbal, written and listening skills to effectively perform job duties · Builds good working relationships with coworkers, peers, supervisors and others.
· Must be at least 16 years old · Pleasant phone voice · Good communication skills · Courteous, professional demeanor
