Job Title:
Receptionist
Reports to: Operations Manager

General Position Summary
Provide regular
clerical and administrative support to the agency staff as necessary.
Prepares correspondence and reports. Answers telephones and maintains
electronic and hard copy files.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key
Accountabilities
-
Perform clerical
duties, prepare letters and other correspondence and reports as
requested by supervisor, compose draft letters following established
formats.

Proofread all materials for
accuracy prior to supervisory review and approval/signature.
-
Answer telephones, providing
general information, referring callers to other staff or taking
messages as necessary.
-
Maintain electronic and hard copy
filing systems, making sure they are accurate and timely and
facilitate easy retrieval of information.
-
Monitor kitchen supply inventory
and forward supply request list to appropriate party.
-
Maintain postage machine and
office copy machines. Prepare monthly usage reports.
-
Receive incoming mail, date
stamp, and forward directly to designated party. Place appropriate
postage required to outgoing mail; prepare bulk mailings as
required; and maintain outgoing mail in applicable location(s).

Perform other duties as requested
by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Minimum of high school diploma or
GED.
-
Three years of increasingly
responsible clerical experience.
-
Training in secretarial skills
and use of common office equipment.
-
Typing and keyboarding skills at
a minimum of 50 wpm.
-
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.
-
Excellent organization and
attention to detail.
-
Strong customer/client relation
skills.
-
Able to maintain strict
confidentiality.
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
preferred.

Job Title:
Donation Pickup Driver
Reports to: Donation Center Manager
Location:
Las Vegas Office
Employment Status: Full-Time Regular
Salary:
$11.00/hour,
Full-Time
General Position Summary
Under minimal
supervision, a Donation Pickup Driver is responsible for fulfilling
scheduled pickups of BBBS donors over a dynamic coverage area.
Responsibilities include: driving, route sequencing, loading and
unloading of donations, return service and providing feedback from the
field of customer service and delivery expectations.

Pickups - Loads
and unloads truck

Prepares route to
ensure timely, accurate, and efficient pickups

Maintains
cleanliness of the inside of the truck

Inspects truck
equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and
water

Maintains radio
contact with supervisor to receive necessary and/or additional
instructions

Records
information on daily pickup and delivery record

Listens to and
resolves customers service challenges and opportunities

Builds
relationships with customers by providing Exceptional Service

Safety,
Sanitation, Security - Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly truck

Requirements
The majority of time
is spent sitting or standing in the same location. There may be a need
to stoop regularly or move/lift materials up to 60 lbs.

Telephone Service Representatives contact residents of the
metropolitan Las Vegas area requesting donations of reusable clothes and
household items.

average of 6 donation promises per hour

Maintain a minimum pickup rate of 65%

Verify
and record appropriate information needed for scheduling the pickup
